Base pay starts at $15.00 per hour with uncapped commissions; the average with commission is $20.00 per hour. This role includes benefits and growth opportunities across 750+ locations nationwide.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills; ability to build relationships with diverse customers.
• Motivation and drive to learn, grow and excel in retail sales.
• Ability to learn wireless quickly and work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular products and services with outstanding customer service.
• Create additional sales opportunities through creative campaigns and community events.
• Contact current customers for more sales opportunities via phone.
• Develop up-to-date knowledge of products and services; demonstrate equipment capabilities.
• Handle store operations such as opening/closing, inventory control, and cash management.
• Develop and monitor action plans to meet daily/monthly sales goals.
