Job summary

Russell Cellular is a Verizon Authorized Retailer seeking a Wireless Sales Representative in Cassville, MO. You will greet customers, assess their needs and provide personalized wireless solutions to fit their lifestyle.

This role offers base pay $15/hour with uncapped commissions averaging $20/hour and opportunities for advancement. Strong performance can increase earnings and growth within a nationwide network of 750+ locations.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills; ability to build relationships and adapt to a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of wireless devices along with wireless services to customers while delivering outstanding service.
• Create sales opportunities through marketing campaigns in cooperation with the Marketing Department and community events.
• Contact current customers for additional sales opportunities.
• Develop knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services; demonstrate equipment capabilities.
• Handle daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory control, cash management, and administrative duties.
