Mobilelink LLC, Ashland, KY, is seeking Sales Advocates to deliver exceptional customer service and tailored wireless solutions. You will help customers choose plans, accessories, and services while representing the Cricket Wireless brand with professionalism across our stores.

This role offers an accumulating commission structure, opportunities for advancement, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Clear communication, attitude and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• Background in retail sales is helpful but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to work in the United States.
• Ability to work at least 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Strong social media presence preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation to the location.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the home store and be able to work at multiple locations within a district.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.
• Adhere to the Team Color policy while maintaining a neat, professional appearance.

Responsabilités

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customers' needs.
• Offer tailored solutions to fit individuals, families, or businesses.
• Represent Mobilelink and Cricket brand with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist store leaders with store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs with potential bonuses.
• Occasionally participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities for Cricket Wireless.
