Job summary

Mobilelink LLC is hiring a Sales Advocate to join Cricket Wireless' flagship retail network in Springfield, IL. You will deliver outstanding customer service, assess needs, and tailor wireless solutions while representing Cricket and Mobilelink with professionalism.

The role offers a path for growth, unlimited earning potential through commissions, and benefits including PTO after 90 days plus health, dental and vision insurance. Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the store location and have reliable transportation.
