Job summary

Russell Cellular is seeking a Wireless Specialist in Millersburg, OH to deliver personalized service and identify wireless product needs. You will help customers select devices, services, and accessories, and contribute to a growth-oriented team culture.

You’ll work with a brand backed by Verizon, with uncapped earning potential, stability, and opportunities for advancement across 750+ locations.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills; ability to build relationships and adapt to a diverse customer base.
Motivation and an inner drive to learn, grow, and excel.
A knack for technology and the ability to learn wireless quickly.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Open availability during store hours.

Responsibilities

Facilitate retail sales of cellular phones, tablets, watches and other devices along with wireless services to the general public.
Create additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns and community events.
Contact current customers via phone for additional sales opportunities.
Develop up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular and wireless products; demonstrate equipment capabilities.
Handle daily store operations—opening/closing, inventory control, cash management, and admin duties.
Develop and monitor action plans to achieve daily/monthly sales goals.
