Russell Cellular is seeking a Wireless Sales Representative in Monticello, KY to help customers find the right wireless solutions. You will combine relationship-building, problem-solving, and sales skills to deliver the best wireless experience, while supporting store operations and meeting sales goals.

Join a Verizon Authorized Retailer committed to integrity and service. Base rate is $12.00 per hour with uncapped commissions; average earnings up to $17.00 per hour, with benefits and growth

Qualifications

• Retail, sales or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Comfort with technology and ability to quickly learn new products and services.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting customers with devices, wireless plans, accessories, and services.
• Ask questions, identify customer needs, and recommend personalized solutions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
• Support customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service-related concerns.
• Generate sales opportunities through community outreach, customer follow-up, and local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest wireless products, services, and promotions through ongoing training.
• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and opening and closing procedures.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
