Russell Cellular Inc. is seeking a Wireless Sales Representative to help customers select the right wireless solutions and stay connected. You will blend relationship-building, problem-solving, and sales skills to deliver a rewarding customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting.

Join a Verizon Authorized Retailer committed to integrity, expertise, and service. Expect uncapped commissions on top of a $12 base hourly rate, with average earnings potentially higher for top performers.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Motivation to learn, grow, and succeed in a sales-driven environment.
• Comfort with technology and quick learning of new products/services.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Retail, sales, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service for devices, plans, accessories, and services.
• Ask questions, identify needs, and recommend personalized solutions.
• Build lasting relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
• Assist customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service concerns.
• Generate sales opportunities through community outreach and local marketing.
• Maintain knowledge of latest wireless products, services, and promotions through training.
• Assist with daily store operations, merchandising, inventory, cash handling, opening/closing.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
