Job summary

Russell Cellular Inc. is a Verizon Authorized Retailer seeking a Wireless Sales Representative to help customers choose wireless solutions and stay connected. The role blends relationship-building, problem-solving, and sales skills, with opportunities for growth and development within a customer-focused environment.

You will deliver excellent service, answer questions, and guide customers through devices, plans, and add-ons while pursuing sales goals in a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting customers with devices, wireless plans, accessories, and services.
• Ask questions, identify customer needs, and recommend personalized solutions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
• Support customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service-related concerns.
• Generate sales opportunities through community outreach, customer follow-up, and local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest wireless products, services, and promotions through ongoing training.
• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and opening and closing procedures.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
