Your Wireless is a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer actively expanding its Retail Sales Teams across multiple states. As a Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associate, you’ll educate customers, guide them through selection and purchasing, and deliver an exceptional experience daily.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail environments preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US.
• Ability to travel to various locations as needed by the business.

Responsibilities

• Create an outstanding customer experience for each customer.
• Assist new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
• Educate customers on Verizon Products and Services offered.
• Generate sales to meet and exceed production standards.
• Handle customer situations to fully satisfy needs.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager with team tasks.
• Complete all required training as directed by Your Wireless and Verizon Wireless.
• Demonstrate professional conduct and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Develop professional skills to advance within Your Wireless.
