Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a busy retail environment.
• Identify needs through consultative selling and active listening.
• Educate customers on AT&T wireless products, devices, plans and services.
• Drive sales by meeting/exceeding targets.
• Process transactions, activate plans, and close sales accurately.
• Maintain product knowledge to recommend solutions.
• Deliver superb customer service before, during, and after the sale.
• Support visual merchandising standards and brand compliance.
