Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• 18+ years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to stand and work eight hours in a busy retail environment.
• Goal-oriented with a drive to meet sales targets.
• Familiarity with POS systems and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a high-traffic store.
• Identify needs through consultative selling and active listening.
• Educate customers on AT&T wireless options and plans.
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding targets and processing transactions.
• Maintain product knowledge and brand standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.
• Collaborate with team to maximize store performance.
