Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience (Preferred)
• Able to work in a high-traffic retail environment
• 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and proactively engage in a busy retail environment
• Educate customers on AT&T wireless products, devices, plans, and services
• Drive retail sales by meeting and exceeding targets
• Process transactions, activate service plans, and close sales accurately
• Maintain product knowledge and brand compliance; deliver excellent customer service
