DSI is hiring energetic Retail Sales Associates to represent AT&T in a store-within-a-store retail setting in Waynesville, NC. You will greet customers, identify needs, educate them on wireless products and plans, and close sales to hit goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of retail sales or customer service preferred.
• Legal work status in the U.S. is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet and proactively engage customers in a busy retail sales environment
• Identify customer needs through consultative selling and active listening
• Educate customers on AT&T wireless products, devices, plans, and services
• Drive retail sales performance by meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Process transactions, activate service plans, and complete sales accurately
• Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently recommend solutions
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
