Russell Cellular Inc. is hiring a Wireless Sales Representative to help customers stay connected with devices, wireless plans, accessories, and services.

You’ll blend relationship-building, problem-solving, and sales skills to deliver personalized solutions and maintain strong customer relationships. As part of a Verizon Authorized Retailer, you’ll enjoy a base rate of $12.00 per hour plus uncapped commissions, with average earnings up to $17.00 per hour.

Formación

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to learn and explain wireless products and plans.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer service assisting customers with devices and plans.
• Identify customer needs and recommend personalized solutions.
• Build lasting relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
• Assist customers with account questions, device setup, and troubleshooting.
• Generate sales opportunities through community outreach and local marketing.
• Maintain knowledge of latest wireless products, services, and promotions.
• Assist with store operations including merchandising and cash handling.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
