Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills; ability to build relationships and adapt to a diverse customer base.
• Motivation and an inner drive to learn, grow, and excel.
• A knack for technology and the ability to learn wireless quickly.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as need be.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.
• Open availability during store hours.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular devices and wireless services with outstanding customer service.
• Develop and implement sales opportunities through marketing campaigns and community events.
• Contact current customers to pursue additional sales opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services and demonstrate equipment capabilities.
• Assist with daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory, and cash handling.
• Develop and monitor action plans to achieve daily/monthly sales goals.
