Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills; ability to build relationships with diverse customers.
- Self-motivated with a drive to learn, grow and excel in retail sales.
- Ability to learn wireless products quickly and adapt to changing needs.
Responsibilities
- Sell cellular devices and wireless services while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Create additional sales opportunities through campaigns with the Marketing Dept.
- Reach out to current customers for additional sales opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services.
- Handle daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory, and cash management.
- Plan and monitor actions to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
