Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is hiring a Sales Advocate in San Jose, CA. This full-time role offers base pay with uncapped commission and a paid 3-week training. No wireless experience required, but strong communication and a results-driven mindset help you succeed.

You will engage walk-in customers, guide device and plan choices, and hit monthly targets while representing AT&T products and promotions. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Competenze

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communicator, written and verbal.
• Self-starter with a results-focused mindset.
• Previous retail or sales experience.
• Hospitality background.
• Familiarity with wireless products and services.
