Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is hiring a Sales Advocate in San Francisco/San Jose area. You’ll drive conversations, close sales, and help customers select devices and plans. A fully paid 3-week training kicks off, with base pay and uncapped commission opportunities to reward performance.

You’ll engage customers, meet monthly targets, stay updated on AT&T promotions, and represent the brand at events. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with a results-focused mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Engage walk-in customers and guide device and plan decisions.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection.
• Stay current on the latest AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.

• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts.
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed.
