Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is hiring a Sales Advocate in San Francisco. This full-time role combines base pay with uncapped commissions, plus a paid 3-week training program. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

You will engage customers, explain device and plan options, and close sales while representing a trusted brand. Ideal candidates are conversational, quick learners with wireless product familiarity and a drive to exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Previous retail or sales experience.
• Familiarity with wireless products and services.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection.
• Stay current on AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape a store culture worth showing up for.
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts.
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
