Qualifications

• Prior sales or retail experience preferred.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Self-starter with a results-focused mindset.
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide device and plan choices.
• Hit monthly sales targets through product knowledge and connection.
• Stay informed on AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Represent the brand at community events when needed.
• Maintain a positive floor presence and customer care.
