Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is hiring a Sales Advocate in the United States. Full-Time position with base pay and uncapped commission, plus paid 3-week training. No wireless experience required; weekends/evenings/holidays availability preferred.

You will engage walk-in customers, guide device and plan decisions, and work toward monthly sales targets. You’ll stay updated on AT&T products and may represent the brand at local events.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communicator, written and verbal.
• Self-starter with a results-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection.
• Stay current on the latest AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape store culture.
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts.
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed.
