Job summary

DSI is hiring Retail Sales Associates in West Des Moines, IA to represent AT&T in a store-within-a-store setting. You will engage customers, educate them on wireless products, and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

We seek energetic, customer-focused individuals ready to meet performance goals and grow with a company that promotes from within. Training provided and weekend availability preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of retail sales or customer service preferred.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to stand and walk for 8+ hours.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a busy retail sales environment.
• Identify customer needs through consultative selling and active listening.
• Educate customers on AT&T wireless products, devices, plans, and services.
• Drive retail sales by meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Process transactions, activate service plans, and complete sales accurately.
• Maintain product knowledge and confidently recommend solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
• Maintain store branding and visual merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with team to maximize store sales performance.
