Job summary

DSI is hiring energetic Retail Sales Associates to represent AT&T in a store-within-a-store setting in Homewood, Illinois. The role focuses on customer engagement, product education, and closing sales, with opportunities for uncapped commissions and a performance-based earnings target.

You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, delivering excellent service, meeting sales goals, and gaining product knowledge to advance within the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and proactively engage customers in a busy retail sales environment.
• Identify customer needs through consultative selling and active listening.
• Educate customers on AT&T wireless products, devices, plans, and services.
• Drive retail sales performance by meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Process transactions, activate service plans, and complete sales accurately.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently recommend solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand compliance.
