Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a high-traffic retail environment.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours and perform essential duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet and proactively engage customers in a busy retail sales environment
• Identify customer needs through consultative selling and active listening
• Educate customers on AT&T wireless products, devices, plans, and services
• Drive retail sales performance by meeting and exceeding sales goals; process transactions, activate service plans, and complete sales accurately
• Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently recommend solutions
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand compliance
• Work collaboratively with team members to maximize store sales performance
