Job summary

Russell Cellular is seeking a Wireless Specialist in Wadena, MN to deliver exceptional service and identify customers' wireless needs. You will promote devices and services with a base rate of $12.00 per hour plus uncapped commissions.

Eligible candidates should have strong interpersonal skills, tech enthusiasm, and the ability to work nights and weekends; unlimited commissions and a comprehensive benefits package support performance and growth across 750+ locations nationwide.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills.
• Motivation and an inner drive to learn, grow, and excel.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular devices and wireless services with outstanding customer service.
• Create additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns and community events.
• Contact current customers via phone for upsell opportunities.
• Develop up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular and wireless products and services.
• Handle daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory, cash management, and admin duties.
• Develop and monitor action plans to achieve daily/monthly sales goals.
