You will build relationships, stay current on products, and contribute to team goals while ensuring a positive shopping experience and pursuing career growth with Verizon Authorized Retailer Russell Cellular.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Motivation to learn, grow and succeed in a sales-driven environment.
• Comfort with technology and quick learning of new products.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Retail, sales, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting customers with devices, plans, accessories, and services.
• Ask questions, identify customer needs, and recommend personalized solutions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
• Support customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service concerns.
• Generate sales opportunities through community outreach and local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest wireless products, services, and promotions.
• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory, cash handling, and opening/closing.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
