Russell Cellular Inc. is seeking a Wireless Sales Representative to know customers, assess their needs, and provide tailored wireless products and services. You will embody our values of Integrity, Expertise, Initiative and Service while serving communities where we operate.

You’ll help customers choose devices and plans, and contribute to a culture of care with the team. This role offers strong earning potential and opportunities for advancement within a Verizon Authorized Retailer network.

Formación

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills.
• Open availability during store hours.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Self-motivated with a drive to learn and grow.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular phones, tablets, watches and other devices plus wireless services, delivering outstanding customer service.
• Create additional sales opportunities via marketing campaigns with Marketing Dept and community events.
• Contact current customers by phone for extra sales opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular and wireless products; demonstrate equipment capabilities.
• Handle daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory, cash management, and admin duties.
• Develop and monitor action plans to hit daily/monthly sales goals.
