Russell Cellular is seeking a Wireless Sales Representative to help customers stay connected with devices, plans, and services. You will combine relationship-building with problem-solving and sales skills to deliver a rewarding career in a Verizon Authorized Retailer.

The role includes serving customers, meeting sales goals, and participating in training and store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. High energy, tech comfort, and flexible scheduling are valued.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting customers with devices, wireless plans, accessories, and services.
• Ask questions, identify customer needs, and recommend personalized solutions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
• Support customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service-related concerns.
• Generate sales opportunities through community outreach, customer follow-up, and local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest wireless products, services, and promotions through ongoing training.
• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and opening and closing procedures.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
