Job summary

Russell Cellular, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, is seeking a Wireless Sales Representative to deliver exceptional customer service, help customers choose devices and plans, and build lasting relationships in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will stay up to date on the latest products and promotions, participate in community outreach, and support daily store operations while working toward team sales goals.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Motivation to learn, grow, and succeed in a sales-driven environment.
• Comfort with technology and the ability to quickly learn new products and services.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Retail, sales, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting customers with devices, wireless plans, accessories, and services.
• Ask questions, identify customer needs, and recommend personalized solutions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
• Support customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service-related concerns.
• Generate sales opportunities through community outreach, customer follow-up, and local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest wireless products, services, and promotions through ongoing training.
• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and opening and closing procedures.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
