Russell Cellular Inc. is seeking a Wireless Sales Representative to help customers choose devices, plans, and accessories while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll build relationships, meet sales goals, and participate in ongoing training to stay current on the latest wireless products and promotions. This entry-level role offers opportunities for career growth within a nationwide Verizon Authorized Retailer.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfort with technology and quick learner.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting customers with devices, wireless plans, accessories, and services.
• Ask questions, identify customer needs, and recommend personalized solutions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
• Support customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service-related concerns.
• Generate sales opportunities through community outreach, customer follow-up, and local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest wireless products, services, and promotions through ongoing training.
• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and opening and closing procedures.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
