You will deliver outstanding service, ask questions to understand needs, and propose personalized devices, plans, and accessories. You’ll build lasting relationships, handle inquiries, and participate in local marketing efforts to drive store goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with technology and the ability to quickly learn new products and services.

Responsabilités

• Deliver outstanding customer service while assisting customers with devices, wireless plans, accessories, and services.
• Ask questions, identify customer needs, and recommend personalized solutions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
• Support customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service-related concerns.
• Generate sales opportunities through community outreach, customer follow-up, and local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest wireless products, services, and promotions through ongoing training.
• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and opening and closing procedures.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
