Job summary

Delphos Wireless, a Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer, is hiring energetic Wireless Sales Representatives to join our team in Dayton. If you love helping people, enjoy technology, and are motivated by goals, this role fits you.

You will engage customers, explain products and promotions, process sales, and maintain a clean, inviting store. Strong communication and bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus; on-site hours include evenings and weekends with uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, retail, or customer service.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Goal-driven with commission opportunities.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend solutions.
• Provide outstanding service in person and over the phone.
• Demonstrate and explain products, promotions, and features.
• Process sales using POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Keep the store organized, clean, and inviting.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Participate in team meetings and report sales activity and trends.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and retention.
