Delphos Wireless is seeking a Wireless Sales Representative in Dayton to promote Cricket products, engage customers, and help them through the purchase process. You will use strong communication skills to present information and close deals in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role involves product demos, assisting with inquiries, cash handling at the POS, maintaining a tidy floor, and contributing to team sales targets. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in phone sales, telemarketing, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and friendly demeanor.
• Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide outstanding service and assistance
• Utilize phone etiquette to handle inquiries and customer calls
• Demonstrate products and conduct product demos to showcase features
• Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems for transactions
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
• Supervise store activities when needed
• Effectively communicate product information and promotions to customers
• Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
