Job summary

Delphos Wireless, a Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer, is seeking a Wireless Sales Representative to connect with customers, promote products, and achieve sales targets in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will engage customers, provide product information, and guide them through the purchase process while representing the Cricket brand across Dayton area locations. Bilingual Spanish is a plus and training is provided to build product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in phone sales or telemarketing.
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide outstanding service and assistance.
• Utilize phone etiquette to handle inquiries and customer calls.
• Demonstrate products and conduct product demos to showcase features.
• Operate POS systems for transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
• Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
• Supervise store activities when needed.
• Effectively communicate product information and promotions to customers.
• Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
