Qualifications

• Proven experience in phone sales or telemarketing.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to provide outstanding service and assist with purchases.
• Handle inquiries via phone and in person with professional etiquette.
• Demonstrate products and conduct demos to highlight features.
• Operate POS systems for transactions and process payments.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stock as needed.
• Upsell products to maximize sales opportunities.
