Delphos Wireless is hiring a Wireless Sales Representative to join Cricket Wireless retail team at multiple Cincinnati-area locations. If you love sales, tech, and helping customers, this role offers training, support, and uncapped commission.

You'll greet customers, recommend phones, plans, and accessories, meet sales goals, process activations, and maintain a welcoming store environment. Full-time or part-time, bilingual a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or wireless sales and customer service.
• Ability to meet sales goals through consultative selling.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver exceptional service.
• Recommend Cricket Wireless phones, plans, and accessories.
• Meet and exceed sales goals through upselling.
• Demonstrate devices and accessories to customers.
• Process sales, activations, upgrades, and account changes in POS.
• Maintain accurate cash handling.
• Build lasting customer relationships for repeat business.
• Keep the store clean and welcoming.
• Participate in daily team huddles and training.
• Stay updated on products and promotions.
• Assist with inventory and store operations.
• Support supervision of store activities when assigned.
