DSI is hiring Retail Sales Associates to represent AT&T in a store-within-a-store setting in Bossier City. You will engage customers, educate on wireless products, and close sales in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience preferred.
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a high-traffic retail sales environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours.
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet sales targets.
• Basic technology proficiency (POS systems and mobile devices).
• Flexible schedule including weekends as needed.

Responsabilités

• Greet and proactively engage customers in a busy retail sales environment.
• Identify customer needs through consultative selling and active listening.
• Educate customers on AT&T wireless products, devices, plans, and services.
• Drive retail sales performance by meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Process transactions, activate service plans, and complete sales accurately.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently recommend solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand compliance.
