Job summary

DSI Systems, Inc. is hiring Retail Sales Associates to represent AT&T in a store-within-a-store environment in Bossier City, Louisiana. You will engage customers, educate them on wireless plans, devices, and services, and close sales in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• 18+ years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to stand and walk for 8+ hours per shift.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Comfortable working in a high-traffic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a busy retail setting.
• Identify customer needs through active listening.
• Educate customers on AT&T products, devices, plans, and services.
• Drive sales by meeting/exceeding targets.
• Process transactions and activate service plans.
• Maintain product knowledge and brand standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.
• Collaborate with team to maximize store performance.
