Job summary

DSI is hiring energetic Retail Sales Associates to represent AT&T in a busy Kalispell store-within-a-store setting. You will engage customers, educate them on wireless plans and devices, and close sales while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience preferred.
• 18+ years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a high-traffic retail sales environment.
• Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours per shift.
• Goal-oriented with a drive to meet/exceed sales targets.
• Basic technology proficiency (POS systems, mobile devices).
• Flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a busy retail environment.
• Identify customer needs through consultative selling and listening.
• Educate customers on AT&T wireless products, devices, plans, and services.
• Drive sales by meeting/exceeding targets; process transactions and activate plans.
• Maintain product knowledge and provide exceptional customer service.
• Adhere to merchandising standards and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with team to maximize store performance.
