Job summary

DSI in Santa Fe, New Mexico, seeks Retail Sales Associates to represent AT&T in a store-within-a-store setting. You will engage customers, educate them on wireless products, and close sales in a high-traffic environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Comfortable in a high-traffic retail environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for full shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a busy retail setting.
• Identify needs through consultative selling.
• Educate customers on AT&T wireless products, devices, plans.
• Drive sales by meeting/exceeding targets.
• Process transactions and activate service plans.
• Maintain product knowledge and brand compliance.
• Provide exceptional service before, during, and after the sale.
