Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is seeking a dedicated Sales Advocate to assist customers in selecting devices and plans. This is hands-on selling with conversations, problem-solving, and closing deals, not simply stocking shelves.

We provide paid 3-week training and a base pay with uncapped commissions; top performers earn significantly more. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered to new hires, and full-time schedules include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-starter with a results-focused mindset.
• Experience in customer service or retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide device and plan decisions.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection.
• Stay current on AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Bring positive energy to the floor and contribute to a store culture.
