T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Experts to join our Retail Team of Experts. You’ll be a brand ambassador, educating customers on devices and services, and meeting performance targets for sales, customer experience, and quality of sale metrics.

As part of the team, you’ll leverage digital tools, engage customers, and collaborate with colleagues across channels to deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.
• 30 days T-Mobile Mobile Associate experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve and sell to customers, delivering best-in-class experience and building loyalty.
• Leverage digital tools during interactions and onboarding.
• Complete in-store training on T-Mobile experiences, processes, and systems.
