Job summary

Russell Cellular is seeking a Wireless Sales Representative in Texas to help customers stay connected and grow their careers. You will combine relationship-building, problem-solving, and sales skills to deliver the best wireless experience for every customer.

You will support store operations, learn the latest wireless products, and work toward sales goals in a dynamic retail environment. Base pay is $12 per hour with uncapped commissions, and average earnings up to $17 per hour.

• Assist customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service-related issues.
• Generate sales opportunities through community outreach and local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of wireless products, services, and promotions through ongoing training.
• Assist with daily store operations including merchandising, inventory, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
