Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide work eligibility in the US.

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional customer experiences for each customer, every day.
• Assist new and existing customers through the sales process.
• Educate customers on Verizon Products and Services offered.
• Generate sales to meet and exceed location standards.
• Handle customer situations to ensure satisfaction.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager with tasks and training.
