My Wireless is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to engage customers, educate them on AT&T products, and guide them through the buying process in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will work to meet and exceed performance goals, participate in marketing activities, and collaborate with teammates to create a fun, energetic store environment while pursuing opportunities for advancement and financial rewards.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required)
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required)
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
• Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location)
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls. (Preferred)
• Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent. (Required)

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the buying process so they can make informed decisions
