Job summary

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, seeks a Retail Sales Associate to guide customers through AT&T products and services and provide an outstanding buying experience in a fast-paced store environment.

You will engage with customers, meet personal sales goals, and participate in marketing activities while enjoying a strong base pay plus commission and bonus. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required).
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required).
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required).
• Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location).
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls (Preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to work in the US with HS diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and educate them on AT&T products and services.
• Guide customers through the buying process and close sales.
• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards of performance.
