My Wireless is an AT&T Authorized National Retailer with a growing retail team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will engage customers, educate them on AT&T products, and guide them through the buying process. You will have a strong base pay with commissions and bonuses, ongoing paid training, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required)
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required)
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
• Bilingual (Preferred but location dependent)
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls (Preferred)
• Must be at least 18 years of age, legally able to work in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent (Required)

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and educate them on AT&T products and services, guiding them through the buying process.
• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards of performance.
• Help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service.
• Train and develop skills to become a top Retail Sales Associate with opportunities on the management team.
