Job summary

My Wireless is seeking a driven Retail Sales Associate to educate customers on AT&T products and guide them through the buying process. You’ll work in a fast-paced, energetic environment with teammates who value dedication and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required).
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required).
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required).
• Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location).
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls. (Preferred).
• Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent.
