Job summary

Russell Cellular is seeking a Wireless Sales Representative to help customers find the right wireless solutions and stay connected. You will blend relationship-building, problem-solving, and sales skills in a fast-paced retail setting.

As part of Verizon Authorized Retailer, you’ll earn a base rate plus uncapped commissions, with average earnings up to $17 per hour. We provide benefits, training, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and passion for helping customers.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Motivation to learn and succeed in a sales-driven environment.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Retail, sales, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting customers with devices, wireless plans, accessories, and services.
• Ask questions, identify customer needs, and recommend personalized solutions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
• Support customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service-related concerns.
• Generate sales opportunities through community outreach, customer follow-up, and local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest wireless products, services, and promotions through ongoing training.
• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and opening and closing procedures.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
