Russell Cellular Inc. is seeking a Wireless Sales Representative to join our team and help customers choose the right wireless solutions. You’ll blend relationship-building, problem-solving, and sales skills to keep customers connected and satisfied.

As part of a Verizon Authorized Retailer, you’ll enjoy a base pay of $15.00 per hour plus uncapped commissions. Average earnings up to $20.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth, training, and career development.

Qualifications

• Retail, sales, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Comfort with technology and the ability to learn new products quickly.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting customers with devices, wireless plans, accessories, and services.
• Ask questions, identify customer needs, and recommend personalized solutions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
• Support customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service-related concerns.
• Generate sales opportunities through community outreach, customer follow-up, and local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest wireless products, services, and promotions through ongoing training.
• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and opening and closing procedures.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
